Hunting for roe deer in Serbia
We are inviting you to Serbia to the area of Vojvodina and Banat, where the hunting season begins already on February 16th. The hunting areas spread all over the country, mainly in the northwest and northeast. The hunting is performed primarily from off-the-road vehicles, by stalking or from stands.

From June 1st until September 30th, we provide a 10% discount on shooting fee for roebucks with a trophy weight of up to 400 g.

The trophy will be weighted with great skull 24 hours after having been boiled, cleaned and bleached and 90 g will be deducted from the final weight.

Note: Each client has an off-the-road vehicle with a chauffeur at his disposal; nevertheless, the vehicles are not the hunting ground’s property or the vehicles are old and uncomfortable. Chauffeurs are, for their part, organizer’s assistants; they are experienced hunters and help in hunting and trophy evaluation. Apart from the particular hunting ground’s professional guide, the hunters will have another assistant at their disposal during the hunt. The chauffeur will be an “eyewitness” in the assessment of matters in dispute, as for instance wounding, weight, etc. Some hunting grounds are approx. 50 km far from the place of accommodation, i.e. 200 km are done per day. Therefore, it is more advantageous to use a flat mileage rate with an additional fee for the actual fuel used. Otherwise, you would be required to pay for each km done, i.e. 1 € per km. If the chauffeurs live far from the hotel, they stay overnight at the same hotel as the clients. Although it is not an obligation, it is a good custom that the clients pay for the chauffeurs’ accommodation and meals. Usually, it is about 50€ per person per day. The client, of course, has the right to decide on the basis of sympathy, satisfaction, etc. |

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Charges for wounding
After the preliminary evaluation of the roe deer’s trophy quality, the professional hunter will inform the client about the antlers’ estimated weight that must be within tolerance limits of ± 15 and will decide whether the given roe deer can be harvested or not. If so, the client will decide whether or not to bag the trophy. 50% of the shooting fee determined on the basis of the weight estimation made before the actual shot is charged. The wounded game is considered as such if it has leaves a blood trail or some other typical signs of wounding, e.g. bone fragments, gut, pelt, etc. are found on the place of the alleged wounding. If the wounded game is later recovered, the client has right to the trophy only if he clears the difference between the fee for wounding and the actual trophy price. The professional hunter naturally makes every effort to recover the wounded game.
Trophy care and trophy import
In Serbia, the trophies are prepared with great skull. 90 g are deducted from the total trophy weight determined 24h after having been boiled to obtain the net weight. Since Serbia is not an EU member, the trophies have to be officially exported; otherwise, VAT of 18% would be placed on the price. In addition, import veterinary examination and clearance must be arranged. To spare troubles to the clients, we provide for the trophy delivery. Roe deer harvested before May 15th are delivered at the latest on June 16th. In case of roe deer harvested later than the indicated date, the client has to take into account a 1or 2-month waiting time.
Liability to detriment to the client
Organisers will strain to ensure the client’s safety and take every precaution to safeguard client’s health and life, but cannot accept any responsibility for any damage to the client’s health or property if the damage is not triggered by them (e.g. ailment, injury to the client during the hunt). Therefore, we suggest taking out the following type of insurances:

Booking, Payment and Cancellation Terms and Conditions
To confirm the booking, a deposit of 500 € is to be paid for the hunting license, organisation fee and other organisation costs and notify the following data:

name, address, passport number, hunting license number

the arrival date and the date of supposed departure and the required accommodation (single and double rooms are at disposal)
All the remaining costs for services are payable to the organisers or to the person assigned by the organisers. immediately after the hunting finalization.
The shooting fees are payable in full immediately after the hunting finalization. If the exact shooting fee cannot be determined upon the hunting finalization (since the trophies have not been boiled or bleached already), the organiser on the basis of the agreement with the client determines the amount of further deposit that would cover the estimated costs. The exact and final accounting will be done upon delivery of the trophies to Slovakia. In case of cancellation of the booking by the client, the deposit is not refundable. Nevertheless, after deducting 50% cancellation fee, the deposit may be transferred to other dates. The latest date for the hunting finalization is August 5th 2008. In addition, the deposit can be transferred to another person without cancellation fee being charged; only the organisation fee of 80 € and new hunting license fee of 40 € are charged.
The change of the hunter must be notified at the latest 3 week days before the hunting commencement.
