Make your reservation for autumn in 2008 now!
We would like to encourage you to take pleasure in a hunting in a inimitable hunting ground named Gyula in southern Hungary renowned for its high quality fallow deer population. Approximately 3000 fallow-deer live in a territory of 8200 hectares and almost 100 fallow-deer and more than 500 holej zveri are bagged annually.

Tolerance limits for trophy estimation are of ± 15%.
The trophy weigh is measured with the entire skull 24 hours after having been
boiled.
Official judgement at the hunting inspectorate that is indispensable for the
issuance of export papers is carried out according to a usual and standard
schedule, i.e. not on a daily basis. Consequently, in most occasions it is
impossible to take the trophies with you on your way home.
Our agency provides delivery of the trophies within a few days after the
conclusion of the hunting by mutual agreement with the clients.
Considering a very good quality and rich fallow-deer population, in this
hunting ground we can go for any trophy according to our client’s wishes and
financial possibilities.
If the professional guide makes a false estimate that exceeds the permitted
upper tolerance limit, the difference will be paid by the authorized user of the
hunting ground.
In case of a false estimate that is less than the lower tolerance limit the
client pays the real trophy price. If in a given situation it is impossible for
the guide to guarantee the trophy weight within the permitted tolerance limits
(e.g. opaque terrain, distance, etc.), and in spite of this the client insists
on bagging the game, he accepts the real trophy price stated after the game
having been bagged.
If the client is explicitly willing to bag a game within the weight limits
stated in the written reservation contract, the hunting provider guarantees him
that the bagged game trophy will not exceed the permitted tolerance limit of
15%.
The requested weight limits can only be changed in writing by a reservation
amendment prior to the hunting commencement date.
RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable reservation deposit
must be paid in cash in the amount of 500 EUR. Any other payments are
charged/invoiced immediately after the end of the hunting.
We recommend you to take out an insurance that provides cover against
cancellation fees in case you cannot start your hunting tour due to unforeseen
circumstances.
If you cannot start your hunting tour and you let us know in due time, our
agency will endeavour to find you an alternative date; however, this cannot
be guaranteed as we may be fully booked, etc.
If there is no possibility of providing an alternative date, you can send a substitute; nevertheless, it is essential that you inform us about such a change not less than
5 week days prior to the hunting commencement date so that we can obtain the
hunting licenses and arrange any other formalities. In such a case the substitute
is required to pay for the hunting licence and the organisation fee in the amount
of 100 euros.
OPTIONAL TRIPS
With respect to the high quality services and beautiful environment, it is possible to combine the hunting with a family trip. The town Gyula offers you very interesting walks and spa visitors speak highly of the exceptional thermal water with propitious effect on the whole body owing to its unique combination of minerals.
