Prices of the specimens living on other territories, e.g. antelope sable, situtanga, Kafue Lechwe, Black Lechwe and others will be provided on request.
- According to the Zambian law, every game wounded or not recovered is counted as bagged. Concession owner’s shooting quota is reduced by this specimen, and therefore, the above mentioned game has to be regarded as hunted.
- Game from the group A can be hunted only during the 21-day safari for lion and leopard or during 14-day safari for leopard and roan.
- Game from the group B can be hunted within a buffalo safari.
- Game from the group C can be hunted within safari for lion, leopard and buffalo.
- The shooting quotas for game mentioned above are limited. The possibility of hunting can only be guaranteed if a deposit in the amount of 30% of the shooting fees is put down. As long as a client neither bags nor wounds a game, the deposit will be refunded in full immediately after the conclusion of the hunting.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN DAILY RATES
- transfer from the airport in Chama, one-and-half-hour drive from the main camp
- accomodation and full board including non-alcoholic beverages during the hunting, i.e. 7 hunting days, arrival and departure days
- professional hunting guide: 1 guide and his team (tracker, etc.) for each hunter
- basic trophy preparation in the camp: “field preparation” (skinning, rough skull boiling, skin salting) will be done very carefully, and its aim is a basic trophy conservation and protection against impairment until transported to the taxidermist in Lusaka responsible for the pre-taxidermy
- daily laundry
- trophy transport to carrier – cargo
- all hunting outings regardless of km done
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN DAILY RATES
- 100 US$ reservation fee per person
- 50 US$ visa issuance fee, issued at the airport
- airplane tickets:
- to the capital, Lusaka, approx. 1000 EUR economy class
- from Lusaka to Mfuwe and vice versa approx. 300 US$
We can provide for a charter between Mfuwe and Chama on request; approx. one- and-half- hour drive to the camp included in the price; from 1500 to 1800 US$ one-way ticket, 2× from 1500 to 1800 US$ round-trip ticket; only 3–4 people can be transported at once. The price is valid for the plane regardless of the number of passengers.
- transfer by car from Mfuwe airport to the hunting ground 300 US$ per car per drive
- shooting fees according to the attached price list
- charges related to the stay before and after the safari conclusion (e.g. accommodation in hotels, etc.)
- taxidermy, package, export papers fee, transport to the closest airport according to the safari chosen:
- Mini safari 600 US$ per person
- Safari 14 days 900 US$ per person
- Safari 18 or 21 day safari 1200 US$ per person
WARNING:
Within pre-taxidermy, unlike other companies, we supply a total care, i.e. trophies are not transferred to the taxidermist but directly to the carrier. Thus, the seemingly high charges/fees for crude preparation will become low, since you will not pay for taxidermy services.
- trophy delivery to Slovakia, customs fees, airport fees and charges, etc. according to the carrier’s and other providers´ invoices
- firearm import fee 70 US$ per firearm, import duty on ammunition (approx. 2 US$ per cartridge), hunting licence 150 US$ per person, small game hunting licence 100 US$ per person – compulsory
- beer, wine, liquors that can be found in camp’s stock. After the conclusion of the hunting tour an amount in accordance with the consumption will be charged.
- usual tips for hunting personal (the amount should be consulted with the concession owner)
- daily rates for non-hunting guests 250 US$ per day,
- phone calls from the satellite phone during the stay in the camp
- all the remaining services not included in the basic price
