All settlements can be made in cash US$ or by bank transfer confirmed by a Statement of Account.
If you cannot start your hunting tour and you inform us in due time, we will
endeavour to find you an alternative date; however, this cannot be
guaranteed (e.g. we may be fully booked).
As long as we cannot arrange for an alternative date, you can send a
substitute in your place who accepts the reserved dates and
hunting conditions. In this case no cancellation fees are charged; however, the
client must draw the organiser’s attention to the given change 30 days
prior to the hunting commencement date, so that the organiser can arrange for
the necessary documents for hunting and firearm import.
We recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance that provides
cover against cancellation fees in case you cannot start your tour. In
the event the client cancels the reservation in writing, the following amounts
shall be refunded:
If the organiser cancels the reservation for objective reasons, e.g. extremely adverse weather conditions, natural catastrophe, strike, disturbances, force majeure, etc. and the alternative dates offered are not convenient to the client, the deposit will be refunded in full within 15 days from the receipt of the cancellation in writing. Furthermore, the client may not lay claim for any financial or any other type of recompense
If this amount is not settled, the hunting will be cancelled without any claim to cancellation fee or any other recompense.
The possibility of hunting can only be guaranteed to a client if he puts down
a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total shooting fees when making a firm
reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer not less than
14 days prior to the safari commencement date. Putting down a 100%
deposit before the actual safari commencement follows from a regulation of the
Zambian Wildlife Authorities – ZAWA, a body that oversees hunting in Zambia.
The given deposit must be debited to the ZAWA’s account and as such
guarantees that the client’s right to trophy export will by no means be threatened
even if the organiser faces bankruptcy. If the client neither baggs nor wounds
the game, the deposit will be refunded immediately after the end of the hunting. If the
client for subjective reasons refuses to bag the reserved game, the deposit will be
forfeited.
Game shooting quotas in all groups are limited and the actual number of free
quotas will be provided on request.
If the client does not have the possibility to bag leopard but lion, daily rates will be reduced in the following way:
A possibility of bagging a game is considered as such, if a male lion or leopard roses to the bait and the client has the possibility to shoot at it. If the client either wounds a leopard or a lion, misses the shot or refuses to discharge, daily rates will be charged in full. The organiser provides the present guarantee only if a leopard or lion rises to the bait. However, he cannot provide any guarantee regarding the trophy quality as the hunting is performed in open nature and the trophy quality of these beasts of prey is a very subjective term.
If a client does not have the possibility to bag a leopard while hunting for leopard and antelope roan, daily rates as for mini safari will be charged, i.e. he will pay 14 days per 1.100 US$, in total 15. 400 US$.
